Philmore Housing & Development Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in November 2025 to address the growing need for affordable, stable, and dignified housing in underserved communities. The Foundation was established to serve individuals and families impacted by housing insecurity, economic displacement, and systemic barriers to home access. Our work centers on the development, coordination, and support of housing solutions that promote long-term stability rather than temporary relief. We prioritize accountability, community partnership, and sustainable development practices in every project we undertake. Philmore Housing & Development Foundation operates with the belief that housing is the cornerstone of economic mobility and community resilience.

In 2026, the Foundation plans to provide housing and supportive resources for at least 120 individuals, with annual capacity increasing as additional funding, partnerships, and properties are secured. Our growth strategy includes phased housing development, strategic public-private partnerships, and responsible stewardship of grant and donor funds. We aim to expand both the number of people housed and the scope of supportive services offered, including housing navigation, stabilization support, and community development initiatives. As our operational capacity grows, we intend to scale our impact across additional neighborhoods and jurisdictions.
